Everyone loves burpees- right?! I know, I know...most people loath burpees. I know I do. Burpees are a great full body workout that you can do just about anywhere. Today, I am giving you an exercise challenge... THE BURPEE CHALLENGE. You ready?! Let's rock this challenge and show burpees who's boss!!!
Warm up for 5 minutes with light cardio (running in place or jumping jacks), then complete dynamic stretching(leg swings, arm circles, etc.). After the workout, cool down with some more light stretching.
Step 1) Complete 1 full burpee
Step 2) 1 burpee- in the down position, complete 3 push-ups, then stand
Step 3) 1 burpee- in the down position complete 3 push-ups, 10 mountain climbers each side then stands up and shake it out
Step 4) 1 burpee- in the down position completion 3 push-ups, 10 mountain climber each side,10 Superman planks each side, then stand up and shake it out
Step 5) 1 burpee- in the down position completion 3 push-ups, 10 mountain climber each side,10 Superman planks each side, then stand up and do 3 jumping squats and then shake it out
Step 6) 1 burpee- in the down position completion 3 push-ups, 10 mountain climber each side,10 Superman planks each side, then stand up and do 3 jumping squats and 5 jump lunges each side and then shake it out
-Complete the full circuit 2-3 times total
