The exercise challenge today involves the two C's... core strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Get ready, this is good one!!!
Warm up for 5 minutes with dynamic stretching (leg swings, arm circles, etc.). After the workout, cool down with some more light stretching to bring down your heart rate.
Complete the following circuit nonstop for 20-30 minutes. Pace yourself!
Stop if you are feeling dizzy or lightheaded.
15 Mountain Climbers
10 Walking Lunges
5 Spiderman push-ups
15 Burpees (no push-ups)
10 Side Lunges (10 each side)
5 V-ups or 20 second V-sit hold
10 Squat Jumps
Rest 1 minute
