Here is one of my favorite drinks for boosting the immune system:

Turmeric Chai Latte

1 cup coconut milk (real full-fat coconut milk, from the can)

¾ teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon raw honey

pinch of sea salt

pinch of finely ground black pepper

Add coconut milk to a saucepan, whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Bring to a light simmer and heat until warm. Stir in honey, pepper, and salt until dissolved. Serve in coffee mug.
